Initiate Your Request
Log into your Lemkus account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original shoe box or apparel packaging, and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Lemkus
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
